The method

A personal vision

I trained in the field of health with a very clear goal: to find a different way to treat pathologies, avoiding the chronicization of both ailments and medication. I have always understood that taking medication is necessary, but it should not become a constant dependency. This concern led me to seek alternatives that address the body and mind in a comprehensive, preventive way, starting from the root cause.

From a young age, I was captivated by the ancient Chinese culture and its unique vision of medicine. Doctors did not only treat illness but actively worked to maintain their patients' health. They received their fees only when their patients remained healthy, a philosophy that reflects a deep commitment to prevention. This medicine is based on careful observation: of the pulse, tongue, diet, bodily fluids, and excretions, detecting any subtle changes to apply corrective measures before disease appeared.

Moreover, this wisdom is not limited to human conditions but also integrates a deep observation of the plant and animal world. Animals have their own ways of maintaining balance, such as eating certain plants to cleanse themselves or recover from illnesses. In China, this knowledge of how nature heals itself has been collected and passed down from generation to generation, creating a therapeutic system based on understanding life as a whole.

This perspective, combined with the scientific advancements of psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology (PNIE), allows me to offer a unique approach. I work in a shared process with my patients, always focusing on the root cause of the problem. The goal is to achieve comprehensive healing and a better quality of life while respecting the connection between the body, mind, and the natural world.
